Extract upgrade duration and provide it to graph

For auto-push to sheets to work, we need

1. Create service account (we already have and are using it for some other tasks)
2. Enable Google Drive API - https://console.developers.google.com/apis/library/drive.googleapis.com/
3. Share the sheet with service account's email with permission to edit.
