Update upgrade.rb to include a section that will check for stale socket manifest files, and display a warning to the user, advising them which old files need to be cleaned up. Issue #3114 (closed) This replaces previous MR !2265 (closed) and moves the logic out of the package post install script, and into the ruby upgrade.
