Updated Mattermost to 4.5

Harrison Healey requested to merge mattermost/omnibus-gitlab:mattermost-4.5-master into master

Mattermost 4.5 has been tested with GitLab SSO with official release on December 15 from https://about.mattermost.com/download/. We've tested it with a version of GitLab Omnibus from yesterday.

Full release notes are here. The config changes that affect Team Edition for this release are:

  • Under ServiceSettings in config.json:
    • Added "EnablePreviewFeatures": true to hide the Advanced > Preview pre-release features section from Account Settings.
  • Under EmailSettings in config.json:
    • Added "UseChannelInEmailNotifications": false to set whether email notifications contain the channel name in the subject line.

Mattermost 4.5 contains some minor security fixes (that have also been included with Mattermost 4.2.2/4.3.4/4.4.5), so we recommend updating.
