Update .gitlab/dashboards/all_charts.yml

This MR is to add all types of charts (except anomaly) we support to make sure all of them work at all times.

I copy-pasted the chart configs from https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/project/integrations/prometheus.html#panel-types-for-dashboards and I did that intentionally as users would probably do that too to test the dashboard.
