Review Monitor:APM Milestone Planning Process
We should have a more defined process that we follow to simplify and standardize planning for any given milestone.

For 12.5 we also used an issue to track our progress: #41 (closed)
We should review the handbook and the issue and make sure they align with our current process. If helpful, we could create an issue template that we can use for each milestone.
