Monitor APM 12.5 planning

@mnohr, @adriel I had created this issue for better planning our milestones, since 12.5 is already in motion, for 12.6 I will make sure this will be ready beforehand

12.5 kickoff meeting
@mnohr & @adriel move the remaining 12.4 items to 12.5 and adds a label to schedule

@dhershkovitch prioritize the remaining issues for 12.5
