Scripts to collect and inject vertex gecko

This MR cleans up the scripts that were used to collected generation/completion results from vertex_gecko. The scripts are manual at this point. The next MR will introduce documentation for how the scripts can be ran. Note that these scripts are included under the /results because of package importing rules in python.
