How to set up and validate locally

Duo Context Exclusion should work as before https://docs.gitlab.com/user/gitlab_duo/context/#exclude-context-from-gitlab-duo

  1. Setup Duo Context Exclusion on a project
  2. Ask Duo Agentic Chat about a file that is excluded
  3. See that agentic chat excludes it due to policy
