Enable Renovate bot for this repository

  suggestion: These are great addition 🙇 Could we tweak it a little bit to:

  1. Enable Renovate to automate the update (it is not yet implemented but will make this consistent with other deps)
  2. Sort these deps for easier parse

  Those references would help Renovate bot to find where to poll for the latest version:

  • python: it would be from https://github.com/python/cpython/releases/tag
  • poetry: it would be from https://pypi.org/pypi/poetry/json
