Applied when MR review has been in progress for 1 day. Work is at risk of breaching the 3-day resolution SLA.

Applied when MR review exceeds 3 days. The resolution SLA has been breached and requires immediate attention.

Applied when AppSec completes the MR review within the 3-day SLA. Indicates successful on-time resolution.

Applied when MR review has been in progress for 2 days. Resolution SLA will breach within 24 hours.

Exempts the issue or MR from AppSec's SLA policy reinforcement.

Used to track work performed by AppSec Stable Counterparts

Issue is overly complex, needs to be broken down into smaller issues

~5-10 days: Very complex, requires major portion of a milestone to resolve

~3-5 days: Significant investigation and/or collaboration needed

~1-3 days: Some investigation and/or collaboration needed

~0.5 - 1 day: Straight forward change, minimal investigation

Minimal effort, trivial change required to resolve the issue

Indicates the work was associated to cross-team help/collaboration
