• Complete renewal banner overhaul
• Fix any tracking issues related to the .com renewal changes (update: these were closed JIT for %12.8)

• Investigate the Web-direct, self-hosted, manual renewal process to determine how it's "automated" while all others aren't
• Address the downgrade issues (assuming we can get the necessary help)
