Objective: Develop a user journey map with stages and features layered on top it.

Details

  1. A list of key GitLab stage & features - or Job to be done
  2. Step by step user journey from brand new to a happy loyal customer
  3. How critical is a particular feature in users' key decision moment? For example, is this feature critical for new users to signup, to make an initial purchase, to buy more seats, to not cancel?
  4. Is this feature an acquisition, conversion or retention or expansion driver? How impactful this feature will be in driving the metric
  5. The maturity of a feature
  6. The time to value of a feature (how quickly users can get value from that feature)
  7. What is most likely order for users to adopt GitLab stages?
  8. What is the most likely order for users to adopt features within a stage?
