Include Praefect nodes in primary election table

The primary election table doesn't currently show the Praefect node a given primary was elected on, so one doesn't really get the full picture of which Praefect has which primary node. This can get especially confusing when one has multiple Praefect nodes with a load balancer in front, where one sees the same entry repeated multiple times without any indicadion as to why.

Improve this by including the Praefect's node address so one can discern the entries.
