Add Git version to the Gitaly dashboard

Zeger-Jan van de Weg requested to merge zj-gitaly-git-version into master

To show customers what version of Git is running on their Gitaly a new pane is introduced to show it. To make it look nicer, I've resized the Gitaly version pane.
