Update regex to detect runner has been registered

Apparently the message changed. Right now after creating a Runner it will be stuck on "Pending" because it checks for the wrong string in the logs, I assume? Seeing this in registry.gitlab.com/gitlab-org/ci-cd/gitlab-runner-ubi-images/gitlab-runner-ocp:v16.1.0 image.
