Better abstraction for interactions with cluster
Description
This merge request introduces a new abstraction we can use to interact with a cluster.
It also decreases coupling between gitlabktl and tm tool, and encapsulates Knative-cluster interactions within knative package.
This is a ground work for implementing a ~feature
