Pass sha to blame

Tim Ringenbach requested to merge tim-ringenbach/gitlab_git:pass_sha_to_blame into master

As discussed here, this should fix #866. I ran into this issue independently of that bug and only found it later on.

It is a single line fix. It passes in the supplied sha1 to the newest_commit argument.

This is my first ME to this project, so I apologize in advance if I left something off or did something stupid.
