Remove kibana from elastic stack

What does this MR do?

We initially enabled Kibana in the Elastic Stack cluster application. Given that it is non-trivial to properly authenticate access, and we wand to focus on our own interface, this MR removes Kibana. #196161 (closed)

Note: No changelog as this is behind a private feature flag.
