What does this MR do?
Moved this MR from gitlab-foss!32426 (closed).
This MR gives an impression how harmonizing the new file modal in the web IDE with the suggested files (project-buttons) in the project view could look like.
This sure is not yet perfect, but if wanted could provide a same set of important files for projects at both locations.
