Adjust web IDE new file modal to match project-buttons in project view
Summary
Currently while on a projects detail view (cf. https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce), there are several buttons displayed for easy creation of important files like README.md and .gitlab-ci.yml.
When you press the new file button in the web IDE, the modal shows similar file suggesions - but wouldn't it be a notch above with similar buttons at both locations?
Improvements
The whitespace of the modal would be used with often used file suggesions. Also as normal user you can expect at both locations to suggest (almost) the same files to add.
Risks
No features would break as this is only a frontend improvement.
