Consideration: Ending IE 11 support

We are seeing a decline in usage of IE 11 and as the support of IE 11 is always costing time, we want to gather all data around IE 11 to make a decision if we should end it and with which timeline.

Please gather data around:

• Usage Data: Usage on .com, amount of issues and support tickets around IE problems, General usage of IE 11 on other sites
• Talk to support and sales around customer usage
• Competitors and their support
• What are things that are currently broken already in IE 11

Proposal for a timeline of ending support together with support, etc.

Per this comment from @donaldcook 0.14% of .com usage is from IE 11.
