faraday_middleware-aws-signers-v4 gem is unmaintained, switch to faraday_middleware-aws-sigv4
As of 2019-09-30 we are not using the maintained version of Faraday Middleware for Amazon Web Services Signature.
Upgrading to the currently maintained version of FaradayMiddleware::AwsSigV4 Will give many advantages.
- More Region support in AWS. Version 2 is limited.
- Allows us to update to the Faraday 1.0 Public API.
- It is regularly updated.
- Based on the current AWS SDK for Ruby - Version 3
