Prepare for updating ruby-faraday to 1.0

Summary

faraday now has a public api with 1.0 release and switching to it eventually would be good. But it needs updating many dependencies at the same time.

can be updated now

• acme-client - needs update to 2.0.6 !35327 (merged)
• asana can be updated to 0.10.0 now so 0.10.2 update later can be less risky !35875 (merged)
• faraday_middleware-aws-signers-v4 - #37931 (closed)
• elasticsearch-transport 7.5.0 https://rubygems.org/gems/elasticsearch-transport/versions/7.5.0

need to update with faraday 1.0

• sentry-raven - needs update to 3.0
• asana - needs update to 0.10.2
  • faraday_middleware - needs update to 1.0.0
• elasticsearch-transport 6.8.2 (if we don't want a major update of elasticsearch at this point)
