Make job traces expanded by default

I love the new collapsible build logs, but I'd much rather have everything expanded by default. I find myself randomly clicking on all the arrows trying to find what I need. As @engwan said:

What usually happens with failing jobs is: I expand the main script, and then I have to click scroll to bottom
