Update `cmark-gfm` and `commonmarker` gems due to vulnerability

- https://github.com/gjtorikian/commonmarker/security/advisories/GHSA-4qw4-jpp4-8gvp
have now been fixed. Update the gems and remove the temporary PathologicalMarkdownFilter
that is no longer needed. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/security/gitlab/-/merge_requests/2692
for details on that filter.
