Add note that GLFM conformance testing is not yet implemented.

This addresses a follow-up request in comment from !85982 (comment 1031528958)

This work will be performed as part of #361241 (closed) task "Implement remaining scripts" (or related new issue to be created). We can add this issue link to the note if desired.
