Sign in: use custom logo again
What does this MR do and why?
Issue: #375269 (closed)
In !91673 (merged), the Sign in page was redesigned. Unfortunately, the GitLab logo is hardcoded and the custom logo (Admin Area > Appearance > Sign in/Sign up pages > Logo) is ignored.
Let's fix that!

How to set up and validate locally
- Sign in as administrator
- Set custom logo (
Admin Area > Appearance > Sign in/Sign up pages > Logo) - Navigate to Sign in page
