What does this MR do and why?
The MR updates cards in the milestone issues list to use the Pajamas complaint card component.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to Project -> Issues -> Milestones and select a milestone. The
Flightproject has some data prepopulated in it. - Verify the issues cards in the issues and merge requests lists.
