Show tasks in dashboard issue list
What does this MR do and why?
Make the types that we show in the dashboard issue list consistent with the project / group issue list.
How to set up and validate locally
- Create a Task and assign to yourself
- Click on the assigned issues icon in the top bar
- Check that the Task shows up
