What does this MR do and why?

Add subscription to assignees widget for real time update of the assignees.

How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

  1. Open any work item(task) in modal view and full page view simultaneously
  2. Check that whenever the assignees are updated in one view the other also updates in real time
