Service class section https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/reusing_abstractions.html#service-classes of reusing abstraction development guidelines is a little bit unclear, this commits attempts to reorganize and group together established convention rules, as well as create more inviting wording towards adding new families of service classes for different containers other than group of project
