Enable restyle_login_page by default
What does this MR do and why?
This MR will enable the restyle_login_page by default it is enabled on .com for about ~7 days now without major findings.
A few of the minor findings from the Feedback Issue are on its way towards master branch or have already made it.
It would be great to include this in our next release.
