Adjusts the subscription upgrade info card to better reflect when a user is in a trial

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Start a trial locally (via registration)
  2. Create a group (or use one that has the trial applied to it)
  3. Go to the Group > Settings > Usage Quotas page
