Add link to new `include` documentation

Pedro Pombeiro (OOO from July 16th till Aug 7th) requested to merge pedropombeiro/docs-improve-include-documentation into master

This MR replaces ad-hoc examples of variables that can be used in include with a link to new documentation that goes much more in-depth.
