Update CODEOWNERS with new paths

What does this MR do and why?

Update the paths in CODEOWNERS to reflect new page assignments.

• Related to Create custom stage / group for tutorials section (technical-writing#672 - closed) where Amy's trying to find a less fragile solution to keep Kati assigned to the Tutorials section.
