What does this MR do and why?

Updates the menu item Security & Compliance to sentence case (Security and Compliance) as per the punctuations guidelines. Same change should be reflected under settings and other relative documentations.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Check the Security and Compliance menu text when selecting a project.
  2. Check the title Security and Compliance under Settings -> General -> Visibility, project features, permissions.
