Vertically align the revoke button

What does this MR do and why?

In the personal access token table the revoke button is not align vertically. The additional of .gl-py-3! to the last <td> element fixes the alignment problem.

How to set up and validate locally

1. Go to User settings > Personal tokens: https://gdk.test:3443/-/profile/personal_access_tokens
2. Create a token a check the table.
