Add support for toggling CRM contact & organization state in the UI

What does this MR do and why?

Adds a checkbox to the edit contact and edit organization drawer to toggle the state between active/inactive.

How to set up and validate locally

See recording. If checking locally, enable customer relations for the root group.

Bonus points for double checking the data in rails/graphql or the db 😄
