Docs: (EE Port) Fix some references to the mirroring doc

What does this MR do?

This is the EE Port of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/24879, fixing some link references for the mirroring doc. Two EE-only docs added in here.
