Updates the copy for alert to inform SM customer that license is about to expire.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Purchase a self managed ultimate license from Zuora API sandbox which is expiring in 1 week.
  2. Apply the license on your local GitLab SM instance.
  3. Observe that the update copy is shown for the alert message.
