Add nested param to ee env controller specs

What does this MR do?

Adds the nested param to existing environments controller specs per the changes in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/24441

This fixes failing specs on master (verified environments list and metrics dropdown still behave as expected locally)
