Draft: Update removed DAST API template variables

What does this MR do and why?

In %15.0 DAST removed the environment variable DAST_API_SPECIFICATION and replaced it with DAST_API_OPENAPI, however, this change was not updated in either of the DAST templates. This MR replaces DAST_API_SPECIFICATION within DAST_API_OPENAPI both DAST.gitlab-ci.yml and DAST.latest.gitlab-ci.yml.
