How to set up and validate locally

  1. Install a Gitlab runner
  2. Navigate to the project => Settings => CI/CD => Runners => Edit the runner
  3. For the Maximum job timeout, type in something nonsensical like asdfasdf and click Save changes
  4. Navigate to a group => CI/CD => Runners => Edit the runner
  5. For the Maximum job timeout, type in something nonsensical like asdfasdf and click Save changes
