Improved layout of the create merge request's contribution section
What does this MR do and why?
The contribution section of the create merge request page had a layout which was a bit off compared to the rest of the page.
This MR fixes it.

How to set up and validate locally
- Find a project with a fork inside GDK (the project Wget2 should have one)
- Create an MR for that project using a user which is not the owner of the project itself
- The contributions section should be visible with the new layout
