Draft: Add Opensearch scenario to QA EE Scenario Test Integration suite

What does this MR do and why?

Makes a copy of the QA::EE::Scenario::Test::Integration::Elasticsearch file and named Opensearch to allow us to name a test suite in gitlab-qa project QA::EE::Scenario::Test::Integration::Opensearch.

This will allow us to tag tests with a new tag to test Opensearch only features should they become available and Opensearch project diverges from Elastic.
