Fixed small misalignment on releases card footer
What does this MR do and why?
The releases' card footer had a small misalignment due to the "released by" part.
This MR fixes it.

How to set up and validate locally
- Setup a release on your local GDK (for example the Flight project already has tags so it's straightforward)
- Go to the releases page, or to a specific release, and see the difference in the card footer
