Bump recommended Redis version from 5.0 to 6.0
What does this MR do and why?
Bump recommended Redis version from 5.0 to 6.0.
Why
All 5.x (5.0) reached it EOL on 2022-04-27 by GA release of Redis 7.0.
Why not 6.2
AWS and Google Cloud (formerly known as GCP) already support for Redis 6.2 while Azure does not.
