Add tests for namespace_id rendering for project import

What does this MR do and why?

Importers - Default to the current group when i... (#359130 - closed) introduced (in multiple MRs) passing namespace_id to multiple importers (not every importer needs this, unfortunately)

This is a final touch here - updating spec to track all importers which perform namespace_id passing
