Remove ignore rule for token in deploy_tokens

What does this MR do and why?

This completes the last part of #199249 (closed) by removing the ignore rule introduced in !87458 (merged).

Please note: the remove_after was actually put as 2022-07-22 since this is the release date for 15.2, however, the documentation clearly states this should be set to a date after the release date for release M+1 (15.1), not M+2 (15.2), and it was a mistake on my part to use that date as such. Therefore, I would appreciate if you ignore that date while reviewing.
