Rename cyclonedx artifact in DS template

What does this MR do and why?

This MR renames the cyclonedx artifact pattern in the DS template from cyclonedx-*.json to gl-sbom-*.json in order to adhere to the Recognized file patterns in the CycloneDX specification.

Once this template change has been merged, we can then merge Rename cyclonedx files (gitlab-org/security-products/analyzers/gemnasium!346 - merged).
